Arizona Sierra Sandstone from Utah is formed by the natural cementing of sand and other stones and minerals. Its beautiful color is from the rhythmic infusion of iron and manganese oxides over long periods of time.

When this 150 million year old stone is mined and sawed across its grain, the amazing patterns are revealed. Thus we have art, as old as time, painted by Mother Nature.
