About Our Products:

Due to the products we sell, no two pieces are alike. If an item is pictured for sale but you wonder if we have a variation on that item in the store, just contact us and we can photograph other items and e-mail you various images to view.

Shipping Information:

Most orders are shipped within 5-7 business days. We ship via UPS within the 48 continental United States. Shipping for all other areas, please contact us at  847/866-7374 or e-mail a quote for shipping to rockshop1@att.net.

In Store Pickup:

Orders must be picked up at Dave's Down to Earth Rock Shop in Evanston, IL within 7 days of being processed. You will not be billed until you pick up your order from our store. After 7 days, items will be reshelved.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item within 10 days of receipt. We are sorry but NO returns are accepted if not returned within the 10 day grace period. When we have received the return and are satisfied that it is in the same condition in which the product was sent out, we will issue a refund for the price of the merchandise less the cost of shipping and a 10% restocking fee.

Sorry, but no refunds on customized or special order items.

Suggestions for Safe Returns:

1. Pack the item carefully, utilizing the original methods and materials.
2. Please remember to include your name and contact information in case we have any questions.
3. Please note you are responsible for all shipping costs related to the return shipment.
4. We recommend you insure the shipment for full value of your purchase in case the return package is lost or damaged. Items which are received damaged  will not be refunded.
5. Please make sure the package is back to us within 10 days of your receipt of item.
